Fitzroy Place

The lockers, benches and louvre doors form the fit out of the changing rooms in the Fitzroy Place development.

The bespoke P shaped lockers, complete with electronic locks are split to form both hanging and shelf capacity within each locker, the lockers are then fronted by a bespoke bench which conceals heating pipe work. The integration of vented slots in the top and bottom of the locker allows ventilation and heating and thus the drying of clothes stored within.

The finish of the lockers is a whitewashed crown cut American white oak.

The seating bench in the Fitzroy Place development sits in front of the lift core in the main reception and is approximately 6 metres long

It is formed with a mild steel angle support framework for strength and support and is clad in American white oak framework which had many hours of work of chiselling, planing and gauging to give the distressed look that was required. The oak was then stained, lacquered and bespoke curved with formed patinated brass profiles added to the feet and tie profile to add that distinctive look
