Kidbrooke Phase 2, West Apartments

We were pleased to deliver our 2nd fix joinery package for Kidbrooke Phase 2 West, part of the wider residential development by Berkeley Homes.

Our package included the supply and installation of 2nd fix joinery works to 85 apartments and 14 podium houses, requiring coordinated delivery across both private residential units and communal areas

Our scope included LVT and timber flooring, timber doorsets, ironmongery, skirtings, window boards, utility shelving, coat cupboard fit-outs, bathroom IPS panels, bathroom cabinets and vanities, stone vanity tops, bath panels, and wardrobes for apartments and houses.

Within the communal spaces, we supplied and installed timber and metal doorsets, skirtings, feature mirrors, stone shelving and banks of mailboxes to the reception areas.
