To supply and fit 2nd fix joinery to 316 apartments in four separate cores and associated communal areas including eleven townhouses.
 
The works included veneer flat entrance and communal door sets, including ironmongery, primed internal apartment doorsets, ironmongery, primed MDF skirtings and window boards. Wardrobes to master bedroom of each apartment, bathroom cabinets, shelving, vanity tops, bath panels to in situ bathrooms, utility cupboard fit-outs, staircases to townhouses including metal balustrading, oak handrails and oak clad treads and risers. Communal metal riser doors, veneered skirtings to corridors, primed MDF strings to communal stairs, feature timber slatted wall panelling, fire panel housing and banks of post boxes to the reception areas. Metal & timber security doorsets to basement and car park areas.
