Lombard Square, Phase 1

Working alongside the dedicated team at Berkeley Homes East Thames, we are proud to mark the practical completion of Phase 1 at Lombard Square, delivering 565 new homes. This milestone forms part of the wider Lombard Square vision, where Berkeley Homes and Peabody will deliver 1,913 homes, complemented by industrial, community, commercial and employment spaces, all set around a new 1.8-acre, four-seasons public park with lake views.
 
Houston Cox successfully delivered the Phase 1 interior joinery package, including flooring, skirting, doorsets, riser doors, coat cupboard shelving and post boxes, supporting a mixed-tenure development of Private, Shared Ownership and Affordable homes.
 
This achievement reflects the strength of collaboration, the quality of workmanship, and the project team’s commitment to delivering homes that will serve the community for years to come.
