One Nine Elms (Park Hyatt Hotel)

Design and install of a comprehensive joinery package, finished to the highest standards, Park Hyatt Hotel sets. This includes 200 number guestrooms (including 21 accessible rooms) fitted out with herringbone timber flooring, wall-to-wall skirting, cornicing, panelling, and mouldings, incorporating pocket and timber doorsets, integral luggage units, wardrobes, mirrors, bedheads, and a cherry front entrance door with access control. The bathroom and WC areas include the supply of vanity units, bath panels, and wall-to-wall mouldings.
 
The common area corridors have been fitted with cherry wall panelling and paint-finished areas, with integral art niches, timber decorative AOV grills, mouldings, skirtings, and cornices throughout. This includes metal riser doors with cherry panels and wallpaper finishes, BOH doorsets and timber-engineered plank flooring in the front-of-house lift lobbies.
 
The basement amenity areas also include the supply of glass doors and screens for offices and meeting rooms, as well as metal, timber, and riser doorsets.
