Winchester Hospital

Hampshire’s New Elective Hub at Winchester County Hospital will improve access to orthopaedic surgery and reduce the elective backlog across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. It provides vital additional capacity, enabling more operations across the region. The hub will deliver an additional 2,400 procedures each year, operating 6 days a week, with consultants from both the University of Southampton Hospital and Hampshire Foundation Trust working at the Hub.
Our works included the supply and installation of doorsets, including lead-lined sets; ironmongery; sliding automated theatre doors; timber skirtings; window boards; access control arrangements; and auto-opening equipment for corridor double doors.
