9 Millbank, Conrad Heritage apartment

Houston Cox was appointed to carry out the joinery works to the Heritage Apartments at 9 Millbank

Part of the scope was carefully refurbishing existing wall panelling in line with the English Heritage requirements

The existing panelling was of various timbers throughout the apartment, and the specification called for different finishes to the other timber

The refurbishment scope was the initial removal of any existing finish, veneer bubble repairs, splice repairs with matching timber, and finished in lacquer to the specified sheen level
