The reception rear wall consists of various bespoke elements showcasing a range of joinery techniques and specialist finishes. There are 4 striking curved bronze Gesso columns standing over 5 metres tall capped with angled metal work. Centrally between each column is a Perlatta finished ribbed armour coat panelling that aligns with the joinery below, this is then framed by stained American black walnut panels. At low level we have utilised the space by providing storage cupboards, the doors for these units are finished in a liquid metal produced to match the client’s very specific requirements. Below the cupboards is a grill that allows sufficient airflow for the heating and cooling system concealed behind this complex structure. We had the mirrors treated with various acid applications that surround the grand FD60 fire rated doors with bespoke ironmongery and finished in liquid metal that provide access to the rest of this magnificent building.
